I've been shopping a little bit these past few weeks. I decided to share with my new make-up and skincare purchases, but I also wanted to make it quite informative, so I'm reviewing these products as well.

I'm that type of person, who chooses make-up products depending on weather, mood and most importantly - season. I decided to write a post recommending my favourite blushers, which are just perfect for this time of the year. Most of them are oriented to paled-skin girls like me, however, I believe these could look beautiful on any skin tone!

My all-time favourite blush must definitely be 'Prism' by Mac. 'Prism' is a wonderful neutral mauve-looking blush, which has a brown warm undertone. It's a matte finish, extremely long-wearing powder. Whenever it gets colder outside, I always tend to reach out for this blush. It goes well with every single make-up look that I do, probably that's the reason, why I love this product so much. If you don't have 'Prism' in your collection yet, you definitely should give this one a go. I feel like this gorgeous blush would complement any every skin tone. 

Another super loved blush in my collection is the love flush blush in 'Baby love' by Too Faced. I feel like every single make-up lover has talked about this blush enough, but I could not to mention this as the perfect autumnal blush. I got my hands on this gorgeous powder only this summer, but honestly been wearing this non-stop. Another neutral, pinky-brownish toned powder, however it transforms on your cheeks incredibly beautiful. It isn't matte, that's what I like about this product - it has a shimmery texture, which gives that glow to your cheeks. 

My discovery this fall is definitely the ombre blush in 'Mauve me' by NYX. I got this blush only a couple of weeks ago, but it has already made it in to my favourite Autumnal blushers list. You might think, 'Oh, another mauve blush, what a surprise', but trust me, this blush is extremely unique. First of all, yes, it does look ombre in the pan and secondly - you literally can get like 5 different blushers out of this one. If you desire, you can go for lighter or darker tones, it's such a fun powder to play around. This is an absolutely perfect mauve blush for fall. I love its texture - a bit shimmery, very soft and easy to apply on your cheeks. And of course, it's super affordable.

H&M seriously makes some of my favourite powder blushes ever. I even have two colors that I highly recommend to try out this season. First, probably my favourite out of all H&M blushers is 'Cameo pink'. Again, mauve blush, but trust me, it's very different than all of the mentioned above. For me this is the perfect color for this period of time. Another a bit different and warmer blush is 'Brown sugar'. This is a warm-toned peachy-brown powder blush. Even though it's quite a 'peachy' looking color, but it looks very settle on your cheeks. These powders aren't matte, but they don't have shimmer as well. Whatsoever, these blushers have incredibly silky texture to it, which makes the product go very smoothly on the skin it feels almost like a cream.

I am one of those people, who look extremely pale most of the time, even during summer. However, summer time is over and my healthy-looking skin's color is fading away, that's why I feel the need to use self tanners. I'm not a huge fan of self-tanning in general, but luckily, I have found a few amazing products that I truly fell in love with.

Two of my favourite products ever are the St. Tropez 'Gradual tan in shower' and 'Sensitive bronzing lotion'. This combination works for my skin type very well. If I'm at my palest, I always use both of these products together. My self-tanning routine starts with the 'Gradual tan in shower'. I have heard mixed reviews about this particular product. It does work for me, however, I believe that it won't do anything for any darker skin than pale. I apply this product in the shower and usually wait for 5 minutes, than wash the product off. After the shower, I apply the 'Sensitive bronzing lotion' all over my body except the face. I use this combination 3 days in a row and then I'll be using only lotion every second day to maintain the 'tan'. I highly recommend to try out the lotion, because it doesn't irritate skin at all and it gives you a really beautiful glow.

Another product that I love to use as well is very affordable. It's the Dove 'Summer revived' bronzing lotion. I usually love to mix the lightest and the darkest shades together to get my perfect tan shade. I do really enjoy using this product. It's super easy to use and it gives that healthy looking color to your skin afterwards. The only negative thing about this lotion is that you have to apply it carefully, rub it well into your skin, especially around elbows and knees. If not, you'll probably have those horrible tan lines.

I never apply self-tanners on my face. Gladly, I have found an amazing product, which gives a bit of warmth to the facial skin and it's  the 'Honey bronze' drops of sun by The Body Shop. As the name suggests, you need to mix a couple of drops of this product in to your daily moisturizers or foundations and voila. However, this product washes off, so if you want to maintain healthy look, keep on applying this to your moisturizer before going to sleep. 

And the last product that I love to use for a quick tan on-the-go is the 'Tinted leg mist' by The Body Shop. This mist is supposed to be used for your legs, so I actually use it only for that, but I do think that you could use it all over your body as well. If I have an important event, I always spray this oil all over my legs and massage it into my skin quicly. It dries completely, so you don't need to worry about it staining your clothes. The only thing that you should keep in mind is that it could look a bit orange, especially if you have very light skin. 

  

Now, for creating that beautiful beach look I went for two of my current favourite products – ‘Milk chocolate soleil’ by Too Faced in light/medium and one of the newest releases this month  - ‘Balm beach’ blush by The Balm.  These are incredibly gorgeous products for girls with pale skin. It looks so natural as well. It immediately creates that soft bronzed/peachy look. And the best part – both of these products are super long-wearing.

I can't imagine my eyebrow routine without two of the products - eyebrow wax/primer and brow bone highlighter. Eyebrow wax is one of those essential products that I can't live without anymore since I discovered it. It's such and incredible product, which not only helps to keep all of the hair in place, but it also makes eyebrow pencils and powders go way smoother and nicer. Basically, wax is a very important part, which you can't skip, if you want your eyebrows to stay all day long. And highlighter is also something that makes your brows pop. I can't imagine my routine without this product as well.

EYEBROW SHAPER by NYX

My all-time favorite eyebrow wax/primer is Eyebrow Shaper by NYX. I discovered this about five years ago and I've bee loving it ever since then. It seems like wax is such a simple product and that there aren't 'bad' or 'good' waxes, but trust me, this product is honestly amazing. First of all, it glides super smoothly on your eyebrow hair. It feels like it catches every single little hair and keeps it in its place for the rest of the day - it definitely has a long-lasting formula. Secondly, it does an amazing job, when it comes to putting powders, gels or pretty much anything else on your eyebrows. It makes three times easier to get your eyebrows done, no joke! Basically, this is an amazing wax, which has a super rich texture.

WONDER PENCIL by NYX

Another great eyebrow product by NYX. As the names suggests - it's a Wonder Pencil, which actually can be used in several ways, however I love to use mostly as my eyebrow highlight or whenever I want to kind of clean up my brows a little. I love that extra creamy pigmented texture, which glides very smoothly and most importantly - it blends in seconds. Oh and I love that they have a couple of different shades in their color range as well.

BROW PRIMER by ANASTASIA BEVERLY HILLS

When it comes to Anastasia Beverly Hills products, it seems like this brands is hands down the best. And it actually is. I love their gels and eyebrow definers, powders and pretty much everything else. However, it didn't happen the same with the Brow Primer. I bought it because of the curiosity and all I can say is that I don't like it at all. It is such a struggle for me, whenever I use this product. It doesn't glide as smooth as the NYX one and after I apply powder on top, it doesn't apply evenly as well and leaves gaps, which is extremely frustrating. And the worst part is that it does smudge - at the end of the day it looks like my eyebrows are completely gone. Anyways, it does actually help to stay your eyebrows in place. 

PRO PENCIL by ANASTASIA BEVERLY HILLS

As the name suggests, Pro Pencil is basically an eye shadow primer/color corrector and it does several jobs at the same time as well as the NYX Wonder Pencil. To be honest, I hate it as my eyebrow highlight. Firstly, the color match is bad for my skin tone. I picked the lightest shade, but it seems like this one is more to a yellow side and looks very orange on my skin. So, anyone, who has kind of pale pinky skin tone like me, won't have a good color match either. Also, I don't like the application part at all and finally, when it comes to blending, it doesn't blend that well, because it dries quite quickly. You need to be fast, if you want to blend it nicely in to your skin. This Pro Pencil has a creamy texture, but it isn't super creamy for sure, so keep this in mind. As this pencil didn't work that well as highlighter, however it does a pretty good job as an eye shadow primer. In my opinion, it is still worth to give it a go!

All in all, I prefer my NYX Shaper and Wonder pencil better. I do think that these are very great products and you don't really need to spend much on your brow products, because there are great affordable ones on the market. I love Anastasia's production so very much, I think her products are the best, however, we all have different skin tones, types and not everything can work for every single person.

Chubby Stick by Clinique is definitely one of my favorite lip products. A few days ago I was shopping at H&M and as always I checked their beauty section. This time their lip products got my attention. Immediately, when I saw their Lip Colour-To-Go crayons, it reminded me a bit of my beloved Chubby Sticks, so I decided to give it a go, because I was very curious to check, if these could be a dupe for Clinique products.

CLINIQUE CHUBBY STICKS

I love Chubby Sticks because of a few reasons. First of all, it is easy to apply it on your lips. It's one of those products that you don't need to take a lot of time in order to apply it nicely and evenly. Secondly, it's quite a sheer lip product, however, it is super easy to build the pigmentation and make it look more intense. The product looks super natural on your lips and it does make your lips extra juicy and plump. And finally, the reason that I love this product so much is the packaging. It might look very simple, but I love the idea that it is a stick product and you don't need to sharpen it. It's simply an amazing and easy lip product on a daily basis. 

H&M LIP COLOUR-TO-GO 

This product got my attention mainly because of the idea that it is in a stick form and because of the name. It suggests that it's one of those easy to use on-the-go products, whenever you don't have much time for make-up sessions. As always, I decided to grab stick in nude color and a beautiful, fun coral color (because it's summer, duh!). I've been testing these products these past few days and I think I already have my opinion about them. First of all, sticks are very affordable - only 5.99 euro for each stick (and H&M has great offers at the moment, so you'll probably get these even cheaper). The packaging is very simple, but it looks pretty nice, however, the only thing that I don't like about it is that you need to sharpen them (this can be quite annoying sometimes). Once you apply them on your lips, it looks very sheer, but actually, you can build up the intensity easily. The product by itself is quite comfortable on the lips, not sticky at all, but sadly, it doesn't stay for a long time,  so you need to reapply it quite often. Also, I like the color range of these crayons, they have pretty nice colors and I'm already in love with both of the colors that I picked up. Oh, and I forgot to mention, the nicest part - scent. It smells super fruity and fresh. All in all, I like this product a lot. Of course it is not as good as Clinique sticks when it comes to quality and I don't think that it could be a dupe, but I can agree with the fact that it's a nice alternative.

When the summer comes, we all want that light, dewy coverage on our faces in order to hide some imperfections. I personally don't like to wear too much and too heavy foundations, especially, when it's extremely hot outside. So, I'll present you some of my all time favorite foundations or tinted balms, which are the perfect choice for any occasion during warm time of the year.

My most worn and my favorite base this summer is definitely 'Beauty booster' invisible skin-fusion multi-perfecting BB cream by Guearlain. This is an incredible product. Even though, it's a BB cream, it has a pretty good, buildable coverage and most importantly - it looks very natural and dewy on the skin. It blends very well and doesn't 'sit' on your face. In my opinion, it is best applied with a buffing brush, I use my Real Techniques one and it works perfectly, but beauty blenders would definitely work too. Another great thing about this BB cream is that it has SPF 30, which is very important, especially, when the sun becomes very intense in the summer. It's a high-end product and it does cost a lot, but in my opinion, it is worth every penny - you get 40ml of an amazing product, which will last for a long period of time.

If you're not a tinted balm kind of gal, you'll love Vitalumiere Aqua ultra-light skin perfecting makeup by Chanel. Again, it's an incredibly lightweight foundation, which is very watery. It doesn't have a lot of coverage, but it does cover quite a bit and make your skin look flawless, dewy and goddess-like. Even though foundation is quite watery, it is very easy to apply it. It also has SPF 15, which personally for me is not enough, so because of that, I would apply some sunscreen before. Again, it is a high-end product, but super good one and the quality is just amazing. If you don't need too much coverage and protection, that's the perfect summer base for you. 

If I go on a holiday to a resort or if I spend my time on the beach or near the pool, I never tend to wear any makeup. Any. I think it's the best time to let your skin rest a bit and not cover it with tons of powders or foundations. However, if makeup is necessary for you, I have the perfect solution - it's Instaglow CC cream by The Body Shop. I'm pretty sure they came out with their CC cream line this spring and they have 3 shades in it. I chose light to medium, even though I'm incredibly pale. When you first squeeze product on your skin, it looks very orange, but when you rub it in, it does make you look like you have spent a couple of good hours in the sun. It's actually an amazing product for those extremely hot days. It has zero coverage, but it does make you look healthy, dewy and a bit bronzed. Oh, and most importantly - it has SPF 20. And the best application - with your fingers, even though it's not hygienic at all.

My all time favorite foundation during any time of the year is Fresh Face Foundation by Face Stockholm. It's very lightweight and watery, however, it has quite a good coverage, or at least you can build it. It's my go to choice for events or parties during summer time, because it has no SPF, so it's a picture-friendly foundation. Honestly, I could talk and talk about how amazing this foundation is. The main ingredient is water and as you might already know, I love very lightweight bases. Also, I highly recommend to apply this with a buffing brush, even though I love apply it with my beauty blender. However, sponges do soak up the majority of the product, because of the watery consistency. I love this foundation in general, but during summer time, I tend to reach this only for events or parties during night time.
